İstanbul REstate 2009

GYODER tarafından 2000 yılından itibaren düzenlenen Gayrimenkul Zirve'leri her geçen yıl artan başarısıyla gayrimenkul sektörünü bir araya getiren en önemli platformlardan birisi oldu. Gayrimenkul Zirveleri zengin ve gündem yaratan içeriği, uluslararası üst düzey konuşmacı ve katılımcıları ile gayrimenkul dünyasında bir marka haline geldi.

Böylesine ses getiren ve gayrimenkul sektörünü aynı çatı altında buluşturan zirveleri, uluslararası katılımlı bir gayrimenkul fuarı ile birlikte düzenlemek, kurulduğu günden bu yana GYODER’in vizyonu arasında yer alıyor. Nihayet GYODER, dünyanın en büyük Fuar Organizatörü olan Reed Exhibitions ile bir işbirliği yaparak Türkiye'nin ilk uluslararası katılımlı bölgesel gayrimenkul buluşması, ISTANBUL REstate’i sektöre kazandıracak. Haziran 2009 itibariyle, Gayrimenkul Zirveleri, ISTANBUL REstate Gayrimenkul Fuarı ile birlikte düzenlenecek, hem sektörde hem de dünyada konsepti ile bir ilki oluşturacak.

Bu yıl 9’uncusunu düzenleyeceğimiz Gayrimenkul Zirvesi, 2 Haziran 2009’da, Lütfi Kırdar Fuar ve Sergi Sarayı’nda, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK), T.C. Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKİ), European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA), National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) ve Urban Land Institute (ULI) katkılarıyla gerçekleştirilecektir. Gayrimenkul Zirvesi 9, Türkiye ve dünyanın önde gelen gayrimenkul şirketlerinin üst düzey yöneticilerini ve konusundaki en uzman kişileri bir araya getirecek ve düzenlenecek panellerde sektörel gelişmeler ve sorunlar ele alınacak. 3-4 Haziran 2009 tarihlerinde ise ilki düzenlenecek olan, 1.500’ün üzerinde kurumsal ziyaretçinin katılacağı ve 200’ü aşkın şirketin projelerini sergileyeceği ISTANBUL REstate Gayrimenkul Fuarı, başta Türkiye olmak üzere, Akdeniz Bölgesi, Kuzey Afrika, Orta Doğu, Rusya ve Eski Sovyet Cumhuriyetleri bölgelerindeki gayrimenkul sektörüne odaklanarak, yeni işbirlikleri ve yatırım olanakları yaratacak.

ISTANBUL REstate Basın Lansmanı
ISTANBUL REstate, 14 Ekim 2008, Salı günü Çırağan Sarayı’nda yapılan lansman ile gayrimenkul şirketlerinin üst düzey yöneticileri, sektör liderleri ve uzmanlara tanıtıldı. Basının yoğun ilgi gösterdiği lansmana 300’ün üzerinde yerli ve yabancı sektör temsilcisi katıldı.
